A brand new secured messaging service is now available for our patients. This system is directly linked with our server, and allows our patients to post comments to us, particularly those of a sensitive or confidential nature.

To be able to use our secure messaging service you need to open an "account" - the same account that allows you to pre-book appointments on the Internet. You can obtain all you need to open it from the reception. Just ask any of our receptionists. They will only be glad to assist you.

TWO PROOFS OF IDENTITY (ONE CARRYING YOUR PHOTOGRAPH) WILL BE REQUIRED.

Please, notice that this service is only checked at specific times during the week. Do not use it if you require an urgent reply. If an urgent reply is required, you better phone or email us (unsecured).
